Yesterday, I lost my temper with some tv producers. I am supposed to fly to LA in 2 days to film a daytime talkshow about authenticity. They sent me some borrowed words about my life and asked me to record it as a voiceover ‘one more time, but more dramatic, a little more somber in the middle, you know, like they do on tv’. Bitch I don’t even own a tv. But I do own the noises that come out of my throat, whether strong or strangled. And I own these alphabet letters, only until the moment they are spilled out for you. I am lucky enough to have these powerful tools, so I feel it’s only fair to take responsibility for what they can do. Whatever that’s worth.
